Triolane bot, With two supps and an ADC. So far, only tested it with Support Shaco and Blitz as the two supports. So far I've played it with several ADCs, but I think it would also work well with Morde bot.. Not to mention you don't have to worry about EXP loss as the amount of kills acquired is ridiculous.

Haven't tried yet, but I suspect duo mid with Morde carry+all-in tanky support (Leona, Maokai, etc.) would be really fun to try and effective. Make sure to play aggressive early to force enemy to back so that you can actually have a level advantage, though. Otherwise you'll reach level 6 at the same time or later than the enemy laner. As for ADC, Vayne/Quinn top or Caitlyn solo bot could work well enough.

item 3302 or item 3303 , whichever you like better (TF benefits from both, but lets him take advantage of his passive, which gives him bonus gold on unit kill. sure you cant make use of the execute-under-200hp function, but that really doesnt matter, especially when you can guarantee cs with blue card ;3)

Virtually any type of item 1001 will work, depending on what you want to do with him. If you're more passive and roamy (good for warding), try item 3117 . Otherwise, item 3111 item 3020 item 3009 all work fine.
