Lee Sin - Revert Last R Damage Buff, Exchange for QoL Buff Instead

So, was wondering if it would be possible to change Lee's ultimate so that if the target dies they aren't completely removed from the game. So instead the dead body is kicked back to it's maximum knockback range first~~ before exploding into a a billion pieces and applying a 3.5s Fear to all nearby targets directly around the blast radius who were facing the primary target before they detonated otherwise slowing them for the same duration~~.

This would allow you to use low health targets you've already used a Q on to displace yourself if Q2 was used fast enough i.e. you could now also ride/fly with the target whilst they were still flying through the air despite already being dead. It would also keep the knockup effect on secondary targets intact. Thoughts? xP

I honestly don't understand why they did the buff they did over this. Maybe they thought it made him too safe (tower dive and kick someone out and dive their dead body out, but then again in order to tower dive normally he Qs)? But he really does need some more damage or built in tank without his current ults damage. (Yes I understand you mean basically by making the dead champ into a projectile)

I feel like if they change that, then they would need to balance something else.

Like the speed he dashes to q be slowed or something.
