OP? Probably not. But if you and your team don't know how to handle them..then it's probably best just to ban them out so they can't faceroll your whole team.
Plus tahm can still save a super squishy like 
, so if your team is not gonna ban kog or 1stpick him..might be a good idea to ban tahm out just so they don't get the get out of jail free card for when they play poorly.
