Ezreal's Q CD should align with Sheen's passive CD
When he has 40% CDR.
Very annoying to not get the sheen proc while spamming his Q instantly as it gets off of CD.

tbh, I like the 1.5 second Q. But I think they should higher the Q CD to 5seconds and revert his E CD nerfs.

Ezreal is the main user of Triforce tho. Like when you think of Ez you think of the sheen item too.
