Double Jungle Queue Questions

Obviously related to the Nunu incident, but an actual question.

In a 5-man months ago, I jokingly queued as second jungle. Position selection actually gave our team two characters in the jungle slots, confirming that double jungle is built into champion select.

Is there any chance these open options can be put into rank. For a 5man sure you can just do what you want. But I will never get a 5man. The Nunu wasclimbing high enough that he may be forced to solo always, etc. Is there a way to allow an off-pick selection that will allow people to play alternative positions without having all this drama. Granted it is so rare and would increase queue times. I don't like the idea of limiting a few peoples experience (if it doesn't affect me haha).

In 5man double jungle. Does the other side see you queued up as double jungle. That can really mess up the strategy if they get to see it. Alternatively it could be used as a lie but less likely. I don't recall seeing the other side "map markers" get placed, but I never watch. So they wouldn't know until second smite is seen right.
