She is not. If we do decide to tackle immobile mages next we'll also be looking at AP casters who are primarily damage focused, rather than damage utility mixes like Lulu/Anivia/Morgana etc.

FIRST UP A LOT OF COMMENTS in the link already expressed that having a stun / zoning ability does not make you a utility-champ. That means Brand, Syndra, Xerath are all utility champs. Anivia is one of the immobile mages that need some love.

because riot is full of shit and doesn't play their game.

Because anivia apparently does well with DFT, but they are nerfing DFT anyway for dot damage dealers, so both things are getting nerfed.

they nerf Talon because "penetration op" in season 3

then they nerf black cleaver later and leave him to rot

Hard to hit combo entails pressing r then e. Can even make it more difficult by pressing e first then r before the e gets there, but that doesn't make her a difficult champion. Yall keep talking about how hard and balanced anivia swain brand are, but they're not. They may not be overwhelmingly powerful, but they're certainly not weak, and they're certainly not hard to play.

...Because "looking at" is not the same as "universally buffing"?

And, uh, Anivia kind of has a ton of utility between wall, slow, and stun.
