Korean 'Reddit' Responses to PBE 20/10 Riven Nerf

This Riven nerf consists of increasing the CD of her ult to decrease her early game power, as well as just increased ult CD in general. Numbers: Cooldown increased from 110/85/50 seconds to 130/95/60 (This is a illusional trick though. Riven with Black Cleaver 20% + Ionian Boots 15% + Mastery 5% will still be having a 36 sec Ult CD at late game.)

The Riven nerf news was posted on the Korean 'reddit'-like site named "Inven".

Following is the translation of the Korean LoL community Inven's feedback on this nerf, hope PBE testers get any feedback necessary. The integrity of the translation should be fine as I am a native speaker in both Korean and English. English writing level has been toned down for the convenience of non-native English readers.

But champ B ends in a state of several nerfs no one plays champ B any more It's always like this.... Riven's Ult (Windslash) projectile speed was not the problem. Her Ult CD time is not the problem. Yet they fail to see the core, fundamental root of all this and keeps patching in Riven nerfs. This is exactly like the time of Feral Flare, like before and after...

• 노바 Nova As they always did, even if they nerf Riven's ult CD she will still be strong. She will continuously get nerfs, and I hope she rots in hell and becomes unviable after they nerf her Q and E as well.

• 펫탄탄 Warwick died the same. when they first released Feral Flare, Warwick was strong with Full stack FF, people told them to nerf Feral Flare, but instead they nerfed all his Skill damages, nerfed his Stats, and then even nerfed Feral Flare, putting WW directly in the coffin AND THEN the Skirmisher's Sabre came out, and then WW ult was crazy, people then told Rito to patch the Sabre, but no. Nerfed WW ult, AND THEN nerfed Sabre. WW went under the coffin. Because of just a single Jungler Item, Lane WW became unviable.
