LoL Helper - Why is no one talking about this???!

LoL Helper, as you already know, is a very popular LoL auto-program that moves, kites, uses skills for you automatically; its users increasing daily, seen by the rising use of helper-bots in ranked games in KR server. LoL Helper (and other programs) are becoming the major complaint here in Korea because at least one out of ten uses LoL Helper, and this unjustly influences ranked games. Kog Maw is having 100% ban rates in Diamond and above in KR because Kog Maw with Helper is so OP it's having 70% Win Rate. Seriously, 3.6 Attack Speed and the program allows it to kite (which will be impossible to human hands) in units of miliseconds. And now Rito is nerfing Kog Maw's base AS in PBE;;; I can't understand why no one in NA or EUW is talking about LoL Helpers, Auto-bots, and other programs that are gravely destroying the healthy and competitive (that we want it to be, but is not even 50% healthy) Rift Environment. Competitiveness around tiers is high in KR (surprise), and this has caused more frequent use of such programs. Rito KR keeps saying they are working out solutions to fix it, but everyone here now realizes that there is no way that Rito will do anything about program users, other than occasionally banning a hundred users or so. The biggest sentiment here is that it sucks that Rito is not willing to spend money on its securities, and update its client by not using Adobe Air (seriously WTF!??!). Nexon, a company notorious for money-raking in its online-gaming businesses, has been pushed to the brink with AimBots in its game, SuddenAttack (brother of CS 1.6), and Nexon, realizing that they've fukkked up, spent great deals of money using anti-cheating solutions. Now people play their game just fine. I've seen too many users put down LoL because of LoL Helpers.
