He will always kill your entire team before you even manage to CC him (or at least the damaging ones). The only difference is that Yi can just safely stay in his jungle the entire game (and take a few easy ganks) before getting his huge powerspike, unlike Katarina who must have 20 kills before she can reach this level.

this is why i'm not too excited about it, it's power is tied to the mediocrity of the enemy jungler
they should've atleast made it give 2 stacks on champ kills/assists
