She is a tank analfucker, the fact that the tanks can't do ANYTHING with this is just stupid. She's got invisibility, a dash on a 0.00001 second cooldown and a point and click knockback, she is literally better at kiting than kalista, and it's a safer form of kiting. Just please, some form of counterplay for a tank. I'm sick of not being able to do jack shit about this toxic as hell popular champ.

Vayne can be better at kiting than Kalista. Buying a Frozen Heart halts Vaynes damage, but not kiting ability. It is more effective against Kalista, whose kiting ability is connected to her AS. Plus, vayne has the kit to put more space between her and her opponent than Kalista does.

FHMarshy5 votesHer tumble has a 2 second cool down at max rank that is starting only after the full 6 seconds of empowered auto attack is over or after she auto attacked once. So it's actually and 8 second cool down unless she auto'd you, and if you had omen or frozen heart on you, her attack speed would be reduced which basically reduce her ability to kite efficiently.
Her condemn has a 12 second cool down at max rank, and the majority of the tanks have a gap closer with shorter CD than that.

yamimosh4 votestank... inherintly has larger amounts of cc than most champs. trinkets. 2 can counter invisibility every 60 sec, enough to use it whenever vaynes is up 100 gold will also counter invisibilty renduins omen/ frozen heart. commonly built items that slow her atck speed making it so she cant get her true damage on you as fast giving your team to react
to be really specific on one of these though... upgrade your damn trinkets and problem solved

Sxli4 votesAs a Vayne main, she gets fucked in the ass by frozen heart + thornmail. I can`t count the amount of times ive looked at death recap only to see that ive done 700-900 damage to MYSELF by attacking a Nasus or rammus with frozen heart and thornamail.

Vayne has a short auto attack range. If she's close enough to hit you, she's close enough to be cc'd. Generally the counterplay is to wait for vayne-spotting (her to position poorly) to happen, and then burst her down with your team. That short range is the counterplay. She has to put herself in harms way to do damage.

this is also a big slap in the face to Vayne players because it's armor and aura. Now a days there are more than one on the team too. Ideally you'll start baiting her, then CC her, so your enemy ADC can take her out since she's squishy and prone to being locked down. You shouldn't duel with her if you're a tank, because she shreds through HP.
I actually didn't know revealed her, so that also seems like an amazing idea that I'm going to try next time.

That would make her do less damage the more she hits you, effectively giving her opponents a free 
passive, and defeating the entire purpose of the champion.

Also cc really helps, which most tanks have. Late-game, Vayne is going to kill the tank. Tanks just don't deal enough damage late-game to beat her, so you need to cc her and have your burst kill her (this is a team game, not everything has to be 1v1).
Davy Crockett1 votesIf its a champion to counter her, use Trundle and Q, ult tank, have thornmail + FH, use pillar to block her escape if she tries, and use W to smash her head in faster than you can tumble away.
But for items, Thornmail and Frozen Heart.
Tactics... Hard cc. Example for cho: Hide in bush, Q+Silence+ult to kill her. or just get hard cc and have your team kill her.
