I'm just curious as to your thoughts about this and if you have been banned or penalized for something you have not done. I'm actually worried if I might get banned for inting because of me playing AP rammus in norms resulting in a 1/10/9 game. dON'T BE LIKE ME KIDS

Riot's player moderation system doesnt record the type of game. If you int in Twisted Treeline Normals its put into the system the same as a Ranked SR game.

I thought AP Rammus was killed off with the rework.

Riot doesn't ban for off-meta play, as long as you're making an honest effort. It's extremely difficult to get banned by error for doing poorly, so I wouldn't worry about it as long as you're really trying and not just trolling your team with a build like that. That's not inting. Inting is going AP Rammus and power balling down mid lane until the game ends. You just went off meta and did poorly. You'll get threatened for it but nothing will happen.

And any mode is reportable. Just because it doesn't cost rank doesn't mean it doesn't count. You can get banned for inting in urf.
