Are there any Lucian changes planned?

Well, looks like his pickrate is even rising and he got 50.5% winrate even with such an absurd pickrate http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/stats/adc/diamond/by-winrate

He's also the most picked champion @ MSI: Lucian was played 22 out of 24 games.

Yes, i'm not joking, he was picked 22 times out of 24.

I can understand he's a "safe pick", but he's also straight up better than many other picks who are not even as safe.

Is he still in this state just because he's popular and you're afraid of nerfing him?

Because honestly that's the only possible explanation: you were super fast to nerf Quinn, Graves, MF (wich is pretty mediocre now), Corki (wich is straight up terrible now), yet all Lucian gets is a -200 range on ult?
