That was already briefly a thing when the item 3068 item 3065 item 3025 trio made basically everyone unkillable.

Also the vayne changes were reverted anyway, so vayne will carry on in her usual fashion for now.

It really wouldn't be a bad idea... Since she scales so well with attack speed, just buy a couple AS items like BORK and PD, then go full tank...
