Is graves still good?

I’ve been playing him lately and while his damage is decent he feels super squishy and his W feels useless especially against melee champs. Also his Q kinda seems situational depending on how much damage you’ll get if there’s no terrain nearby.

I remember when people use to complain about him a lot but now no one brings him up and I don’t see him in games as much so I’m just wondering what state he is in rn from people who play the game way more than I do.

Unlike most marksmen your kit is kinda designed for you to get in peoples faces yet you have the health of a normal adc.
