I looked at the champ difficulties and couldn't find one lower than 
. His is EXTREMELY low, like woah man.
I guess I'm asking this because I main him and my friend always says I'm using a easy ass champ when I start carrying. And it comes so easy for me to perform well with Darius, I don't know if it's cause he's my main and I have talent with him(I think it's this one). Or if he really is braindead easy and I'm just abusing that.
Easy is situational. It is context sensitive. Some champs are easy in the sense that their mechanics are straight forward and easy to apply like Warwick or Garen. Others are easy in the sense that they have the tools to handle almost any situation while another champion would almost certainly fail in that circumstance.
Darius is easy in the sense that he has a lot of power which can be applied when conditions favor him. He is difficult in the sense that many champing are capable of putting him in situations that do not favor him.

The juggy update left darius a lot harder to use than before. Id be willing to bet that the difficulty bar is the same as it was during his release and no one cared to change it. Release darius with insta Q was a lot easier (and a lot more binary and early game oriented).
In terms of straight up mechanics, garen is probably the most braindead champion.
If you're talking about the bars on the champion pages in the client, I wouldn't trust those at all. I don't even think they've been ever been adjusted for reworks and whatnot Even if they have been, the difficulty ratings are all over the place and don't really make sense. I'm not saying Darius requires crazy mechanics, but those ratings are just straight wack. Like Zac is rated more difficult than Draven and just weird stuff like that.
Yeah don't trust those things. they give a decent estimate in most cases but don't take it as gospel.
Not necessarily the easiest, but he's not that hard to play at a reasonable level.
i feel that garen is easier. run up spin, run back, rinse and repeat get lvl 6, ult and carry game.
