And also keeping him a mechanical reliant champion.

CertainlyT champs irreparably damage the game.
Rework his windwall, so that retarded players won't be rewarded for broken skill (make it have some hp, like Yorick's W), remove his shield and use the "flow" to cast his windwall, the more the flow he has, the more hp the wall has, don't allow him to get the crit amplificator from IE. IMO that's what would make Yasuo a "normal" champ, even if I have no problems when facing him
You stop listening to the oppinion of low elo ppl.
Rework him so he doesn't get to have 100% crit rate at 20 minutes in, that would help in the long run.
Have DZK rework him.
Taliyah and Kayn were a success, but Yasuo is just CertainlyT: The Champion
too while we're at it; Ghostcrawler even said himself he wants Thresh trashcanned calling him a bad design.
