Unintended nerf to jungle Ornn

In the 7.24 patch notes, you say that you are nerfing Ornn because he would be too strong with the buffed sunfire cape. But you did not buff cinderhulk in any way, and jungle Ornn already has worse performance than lane Ornn. Furthermore, the nerfs significantly impact jungle Ornn, since he basically relies on his W for all of his jungle clear, as well as ganks. I would suggest either giving Ornn some power that affects jungling more than laning in some way, or buffing cinderhulk(but that might not work out since it impacts other champions too).
