This is possibly the most idiotic thing I have EVER heard. Its pretty much like me saying "Oh! You have kitten in your name! You must be a noob!" Second, just bc someone is bronze doesn't mean they don't know anything. People can be stuck in bronze for many reasons. They could suck, yes. But they could also be good but consistently get paired with bad teammates or trolls/afks.

Is this.. Brand q.q 4real.... like.. really? No, sorry Brand deals DMG and has 1 hard Stun. Thats it - he´s slow, has small AoE and is CD based. There a ALOT stronger CHamps than him - i guess he just kikced your booty because you´re unfamiliar with him. :P

Well simply because it´s hard to land.. thats it

To actually Stun someone as Brand you have to hit him with a either low-Range(E) or easy-dodgeable spell(W) or your ultimate(R) first - than you´ll have to hit this target with a Skill-Shot blockable by anthing. Reward: 2s Stun on a low CD! It´s the most difficult Stun in the Game... (suprisingly.. thats sad) Rammus: 2.25s Point and Click - he pays with with CD and ~~Range~~ (nah he doesnt pays with range - thats pure logic xD) instead of difficulty

Thats just how the Balancing works - high risk/difficulty => High Reward OR High CD => High Reward And why he "needs" a Stun? Well blowing up people works against careless Carries but bruiser.. tanks, moving targets?

Fair point but he would be totally fine with a 1.25 or 1.5 second stun. From the distance Rammus can taunt you its not hard to land Brands stun..you just press E and Q. So why does it have to be 2 seconds? Thats the longest stun in the game if I am not mistaken.

Because it's his only defence in a kit with zero mobility or defence otherwise. All brand can do to try and defend himself is either burst you or stun you and run, and weakening the stun makes him even weaker against any mobile or tanky targets.
