rylai's is sleeper broken on new ryze

I can't believe no one figured this out yet. Currently on ryze to lock down your opponent it seems like you have to start off with E into W to lock down your opponent alot of the time. doing that really ruins your damage potential because it waste the shield makes you have wait a bit for cd. If you just q them alot of time they will dodge your followup.

BUT, with item 3116 you can Q<E<Q<W<E<Q utilizing the move-speed well OR Q<E<Q<W<Q<E<Q for maximum easy to land damage and saving W ! I'm not a high elo so no one will probably listen to me, but i think its really good! also, i just got a penta using this build.

you can already q-e-q-w-q-e-q without rylai's though. and q-e-w-q is your main trading combo.

His q has a farther range than the other abilities, so just Q them and your not in range to follow up with full combo alot of the time . With ryliy they are slowed alowing you to follow up.

you don't have to hit your q at max range though

late/mid game people arnt just gonna walk into your W range. So alot of the time you end up hitting enemy with q outside the range. also the single target slow is huge.
