Anyone who doesn't say that elo hell exists and is real is either wilfully ignorant, or maliciously lying.
People just decide to up and leave the game 1 min after it starts for absolutely no reason, effectively ruining the game, then blaming the loss on their support who repeatedly died because he was 1v2.
If you are unlucky enough to have people like this on your team multiple times, kiss your elo and rating good bye, and there is absolutely no degree of skill or carrying you can do to prevent it.
If that's not elo hell, I don't know what is.
