New jungle enchantment

I was looking at the notes of what's on the PBE right now, and I was rather disturbed by what I saw when I read about the new jungle enchantment.

Now, before y'all start downvoting, I'm not saying that it's a bad idea. I like the fact that now AP junglers that don't really AA ever will be more viable, but what about the AP junglers who do AA frequently, such as Diana or Elise? I know that nothing on PBE is final, but my proposition is something very simple: just have TWO AP enchantments for jungle items.

A watered down lich bane without a pvp passive proc does nothing for Diana in a pvp situation, and she doesn't have any problems clearing the jungle. Nashors tooth is overkill on her for clearing to be honest and highly overrated.

This gives her more early game burst power and mobility, this item will be better on her.

you basically don't buy the enchantment on diana. you buy nashors tooth. superior on her. thats what i get. I mean its 50% AS. plus 20% of her passive. 20% cooldown. 80 AP. and that passive helps even more on her autos. you cant beat it.
