Vladimir Changes
Could Vlad please get some buffs in compensation to the recent nerfs he received? He is currently doing really quite badly, as per usual. He has some of the lowest winrates in the middle and top lane right now and could definitely use some help. Not entirely sure what should be changed, but that's why I don't work for Riot: because I am not incredibly competent when it comes to this sort of thing.
I mean, people witn 125+ games on him in the middle lane have a 46.6% winrate and in the top lane, at 52%. The latter isn't that bad, but there's also the fact that he's supposed to be some kind of insane late game beast, but his winrate still doesn't get close to 50% in 40+ minute long games.
