Just figured there should be a thread about CertainlyT that isn't bitching and stuff. Like, he's just doing his job, people. He doesn't deserve any of the hate he's getting and he doesn't get any credit for the cool things he's done.

So, he designed Darius AND Thresh, two extremely iconic champions. Thresh is one of the most used supports in the entire game! He also designed Yasuo, who has possibly the most unique and interesting kit (at least in my opinion) out of all of the champions in LoL (these are the first things that popped into my head).

Honestly, I don't really love the Mordekaiser changes, but that's because I liked the old champion. What CertainlyT is doing is unpopular, but, who knows? Maybe it'll be awesome!

Basically, stop giving CertainlyT so much shit. I bet he's a great guy irl and no one deserves all of this hate. Y'all need to calm da fuck down and think. He's made some cool champions and what he's doing with Mordekaiser may be surprisingly fun.

tl;dr: Y'all who are hatin' on CertainlyT need to stfu.

The thing is, all of those champions you listed have downsides of their goodness. Darius is one of the most annoying lane bullies in the game. Thresh is picked so often because he has so many ways to help his team. He has a lot of CC, a save, and naturally scaling defenses. Yasuo has a ton of mobility, wind wall, and 50% Armor penetration on his ult. He also made Kalista, the most overpowered ADC in the game, and contributed to Zyra, who needed a hotfix shortly after release. Sure, he makes fun champions, but he doesn't make balanced or healthy champions.

In any case, Morde now having 325 move speed when he was weak to kiting with 340 move speed is bad, especially now that he's supposed to be laning against these kiters.

He keeps being my favorite champion designer. I might disagree with the road he put Mordekaiser on but that doesn't make him bad at his job.

Mos of his champion are ones that I really like to see on field and I recognise their mechanics to be good and potentially strong.
