Vladimir Nerfs (Rioter feedback would be greatly appreciate)
Why is Vladimir having significant nerfs when he already has the lowest winrate of top laners according to champion.gg?
They're reducing his base health by 25, which makes his early game harder, especially with these next changes. They're making his E have a four second longer cooldown at rank 1, which will make his early game absolutely abysmal. While the reduction of his health cost for it to 8% may seem like a buff, it's absolutely terrible for him because that means his E does much less damage.
Say a Vladimir has 3000 health because it's mid/late game. Ordinarily, his E would cost 300 damage and do 300 damage on top of the base damage and his AP, but, now it costs 240 health, which is nice, but that also means at full charge, his E is doing 60 less damage (none of this is counting resistances and magic pen).
So, could a Red, or anyone for that matter, please explain to me why Vladimir requires further nerfs when he's already doing quite poorly?
