So riven has 4 dashes, 2 stuns (1 aoe) a damage buff a shield and a huge aoe ult based on enemy health, how is this okay in the slightest, plus she has no mana. HOW HAS SHE NOT BEEN NERFED thats so dumb she can do wayyyyyyy tooo much

The problem with Riven is nothing involving her kit. It's the fact that skill with Riven is based in animation canceling. Riven is so much weaker if you are bad at animation canceling.

You are suffering from a thing called "bronze syndrome". trust me I am in bronze too. You'll think katarina, ahri, akali need nerfs while yasuo remains a pick/ban. Watching higher tiers you'll notice shes sufficiently weaker because people know how to counter her
The problems with riven are several.
One, her entire kit is basically free damage: She facerolls on top of you and does XX damage while you are stunlocked. Then you either flee, or if you can do enough damage in the next 5 or so seconds before you get stunlocked again, riven dies.
Two, she is impossible to balance as long as her strength relies on a bug exploit (anim canceling needs to die).
Three, feast or famine snowballing.
