Physics: Champions under the effect of "wild growth" should have buffed basic attacks.

Lulu's ultimate, after an initial knockup, gives the target a slow aura and increased maximum health (shown as the target being bigger). However, since the target is bigger, their attacks should have more destructive force due to there being more mass involved in their attacks. To understand where this is coming from, you need to understand that destructive force is based off of the speed of an object colliding with something, as well as the mass of the object colliding with something. For example, if you are having trouble knocking pins down in a bowling ally, you can either send the ball down the lane faster, or you could use a heavier ball. The buff essentially takes the second option. I mean the weapons are bigger, so they are bound to have more mass. A bigger sword swing at the same speed as a smaller one will deal more damage. As will an axe, a bullet, an arrow, and so on. That said, physics says that Lulu's ult should give a damage buff to basic attacks.

This should not coincide with attack speed tho. Leave attack speed and attack damage as two different statistics.

They should also be slower because based on the size of some of the champions it would take longer for the necessary electrical signals to travel from their brains to their limbs to get them to move. The champs should lose movement and attack speed while taking minor tick damage as they're crushed by their own bodies weight.

Electricity moves at such a fast speed (like it can circle the equater eight times in a split second) that it would be an unnoticeable difference. Plus, since their entire body grows (bone, muscle mass, every last organ and tissue), I doubt there would be any crushing involved. Plus, move speed would be unchanged at worst, faster at best. The target would be taking bigger steps.

  1. But there would be a difference. It would be years of muscle memory suddenly removed because while hugified the champ now has a very slight delay to all of their actions.

  2. Squared/cubed law dude. If you double an objects surface area then you cube it's volume. If Vayne weights 100 pounds and you double her size(surface area) you then triple her volume(mass) meaning she weighs 300 pounds now.

  3. HEAT. On top of the amount of energy and effort needed to move limbs that now weight three times as much as before each limb is now generating more heat that before due to their increased size. A body would rapidly begin to over heat if not at it's optimal preforming size.

I'm no biologist, so I'ma just take your word for it.

thematically you're totally right and it'd be great for feel but in effect i think that might make life a lot more complicated. if we move power away from lulu's kit to add this we'd have less utility and more damage in the game, especially coming from an ADC's auto attacks.

physics also say teemo shouldn't be able to blind lee sin, or that maokai be more vulnerable to fire, or that galio should be able to beat twitch in a 1v1, a rat with poison crossbows that should have little effect on a stone giant
