Well I'm just wondering if after this coming patch (7.2) if he still continues to under preform will he be looked at for some more buffs? Same for Tristana.

I think its just where ADC is right now. They need more items that are specific to ranged ADC classes. However the problem I find with Lucian is that its his attack range, you have to get too close to the action in team fights while champs like Caitlyn can sit a mile away and snipe heads.

Not yet at least. Lethality changes in 7.2 might have a noticeable impact on him, so we're waiting to see how those play out (should affect bot lane somewhat in general).

Trist we might give some small buffs in 7.3 though.

I would assume so, but I predict that once the patch goes live, people are going to opt into the pen build again.

Yeah i believe that too but its still not really enough for him to be in a good spot. Like he needs enough buff where he is at least at the spot he was with armor pen after nerfs. Because right now he isn't even close to that point. I think the lethality buff will help but its not enough i don't think. but we'll find out in the next patch. There is more wrong with lucian than just lethality being weaker than armor pen was. Honestly he was weak after the nerfs but he was still at least decent. right now he isn't even decent.
