If any champion, who uses item 3146 wasted the money to buy item 3065 and item 3504 , he would be dominated by his opponent long before he could get any benefit from that.

Not at all just a player that knows that build is shit. What is your sample size on games played with that build? Who were your lane opponents? What rank were they? How much jungle involvement was there? See the amount of variables that can influence you thinking that the build is any good at all? While not actually reflecting or correlating to the build.

i played against a platinum 1 fiora main her jungler was amumu this mummy babysitted fiora for 10 minutes and they had advantages of 4 kills early game .. and then once i got gunblade and spirit the game changed , and i got 18/9/9

i main teemo for 4 years , i know a good build when i see it , i know what goes right on teemo and what he needs .

You can't proc Ardent Censer on yourself, so I'm not sure why you'd build it as a solo laner.

It's really not worth it just for the +10% healing power.

I think you can proc the +10% healing on yourself just not from lifesteal (omnisteal either), I mean, Sona and Nami definitely heal themselves a ton more with it than without it, of course the attack speed cannot be procced, it says on allies but the healing and shields? yeah

The heal/shield passive only applies to active heals/shields, life steal and regen don't benefit so thats a bit iffy.

Even in a world where it did apply, surely mikeals for 20% would be the better option.

Its actually 43% more healing 1.3 * 1.10 while item 3114 styled items only stack in an additive manner meanwhile spirit visage and like wise the runic armor mastery actually apply itself multiplicatively.
