What do I need to do to win? S3 Jungler

This is my op.gg. I’m an adc main but I started off learning jungle and I have since tried to get back into jg because I feel useless as a fed ad carry against a fed mid or top laner. I am by no means the best player. I am silver. I make silver mistakes but I am trying to learn from them but I recently have begun to realize that once I get my teammates ahead and I, myself, get ahead it’s hard to close out games because me and my teammates want to throw. Not saying I haven’t dove in 2v5 cause I was extremely fed but I am having trouble closing games out so I’m curious on any tips from anyone High Gold+ I have tried watching YT videos and reading threads here but none have really given me any kinda of tips to help me.
