Not worth it for 7800IP and he might come out too weak, it seems he needs a lot of skill to pull offf so i'd stay away from this champ til he get's buffs or get's quick re-works.

I agree that he may seem a bit uncool and that the community overestimated his mechanics, but you should try him first before judging
