Unsealed spellbook is by far the strongest keystone available.
Even with the upcoming nerf to CD. If it ever becomes meta it will break the entire game.

I believe the upcoming cd nerf will kill the rune in non-professional play
the problem is that aery is useless and comet is a noob trap on most champions lol
It's really not. While summoner spell access is useful, usually the remaining ones are poorly used and come at costs. When a support switches out Flash for Teleport, what are they going to do? Tele top, try to make a play while their adc suffers bot? Then they have to walk back or recall, which wastes even more time.
Switching Exhaust to Ignite is useful, but again..... it's not something spammable every 20 seconds or less, and you can easily bait out an exhaust or ignite and make it useless.
You really sacrifice a lot for this fixation on summoner spells. You sacrifice sustain runes, damage runes, and move speed runes by going inspiration, which usually has a major late game cost.
