@Meddler, some insight on Blade of The Ruined King'
Ok, so BotRK was at one time a very potent item, although the problem champions it cattered to were more AA bruisers than ADC's. Then the item took severe nerfs. The % passive was nerfed. It's components got their price increased. It's total cost got increased. The item fell off hard, to the point where even when the tank meta was in full swing, Blade and it's core users were no where to be seen.
Fast forward a few patches and you guys released Enchantment: Bloodrazer, with pretty much a better version of Blade's passive (max HP, compared to current HP). And even so the Enchantment isn't all that insane nor are the champions who build it. Fast forward a bit more and Cutlass gets a price decrease...except you guys buffed the combine cost. Why, why, why? The item was in a piss poor state, and yet you kept it's cost up.
The item atm is hardly built, even on ADC's such as Twitch or Vayne, auto attack based hypercarries and once core wielders of the Blade, who are now shifting into either Armor Pen or straight up crit items.
Have you considered shifting some of Blade's power away from it's base stats and into making it's passive more potent and perhaps shifting it's active into a more utility based function, rather than an offensive one? I feel that as an anti tank on-hit item, Blade misses it's mark ATM. So i would like to hear any insight on the reasoning and perhaps any future ideas to change this.
