Last Whisper should be reverted

I believe that the 5 damage dealers team composition started around the time this item saw its total percentage armor penetration go from 10 to 20. At that moment, playing a tanks against a full AD comp became actually impossible, as the items could, and still can, reduce around 300 armor to 20. Building any tanks item, except for sometimes HP, became completely unviable. As I recall, assassins were once the unviable class of League, but now this class is filled only with tanks. I strongly believe the tank meta is much more fun than a "one-shot" meta, since the tank meta relies on robust front to back team fights, instead of one laner getting ahead with superior damage stats. Do you guys agree? Are there other items whom should see changes before last whisper?
