State of the "kill" meta

Since the scuttle changes, I felt like the game went from strategic playmaking to strategic killing/assassination. Every player is asked to kill opponents, lowering the importance of outfarming or take turrets. Later on, the bounty rework increased this situation, as players were rewarded for dueling the whole game. I believe I understand the meta and kinda how to abuse it a bit, but I still really dont like this non-stop aggression from every jungler and laner.

Does anyone feel the same way? Am I the only one who doesn't like that the best way to counter a kill lane is to kill them too?

Btw, I know there are many options against that, such as Ezreal, who can avoid such aggressions,. However, I feel like a player shouldn't have to go that far to not feel "harassed".

If they want to keep the meta then what is the point of enchanters supports who can't even protect anyone . Like the only playable now is soraka atm and still it can easily get countered .

By killing enemies you have better chances Taking Towers and Objectives
So it makes sense And Tbh killing is much more fun than "only farming them fight once and end "

Nope game seems the same now since I started at the end of season 3. Nothing changes. Kill champs out farm get object. Dragon is and still has the same value then and now.
