Yuumi's nerf hit her too hard for the sake of pro play

In soloq, she went from almost 50% wr to a <41% wr (op.gg). The nerf on her q makes it so her allies can't chase down enemies as they they could before. I do understand that she was too powerful before, as she just became an endlessly snowball effect. However, now, she just can't achieve anything. Maybe instead of having her slow go from 20% - 80% ---> 20% (i think these were the numbers), her slow could slow go up to at least 50%, which wouldn't make it an enemy-crippling ability in teamfights, which is what her ult is supposed to be. She isn't the most fun champ to play against, but she statistically needs a bit a love.
