@Riot, now that Devourer is gone, can we talk about giving Warwick back some of what he lost?

The other day I was playing and twice in two different games the enemy jungler Graves had 50% more CS than me whenever I checked. In one of the games I was running full attack speed runes. Warwick is extremely slow clear right now, and the decision was made to kick him out of top lane and force him to jungle. Shouldn't he at least be a competent jungler? Please, revert the 40% nerf on his W (10 seconds down to 6 second duration). Thanks.

New Guinsso is the same and even better item? No need to stack and works same for Rangers as for Melees...

Devourer did a maximum of 60 magic damage on hit. Guinsoo does 15 magic damage on hit.

Guinsoo is costly now gives less stats cause they nerfed it from 8 to 6 stacks does not give 2 stacks for melee, so it takes longer to fully stack no AoE on hit magic damage

Then again the blade procs on hits TWICE imagine that with a bork its frikin crazy and idk if it stacks with itself but thats like 30 extra magic dmg on hit every few autos

His ult got nerfed after they introduced Devourer as well as I recall. I expect him to tank hard now that he's using Bloodrazor instead.

I feel that Warwick is relatively weak right now. Very high mana costs for the early game, and he's almost useless if you get behind. Infinite Duress still locks someone in place for a few seconds, long enough for someone to get chunked by a teammate, but that's it.

Aren't Bloodrazer and Titanic Hydra good enough for Warwick in terms of damage? I mean... they seem pretty strong together , especially if you build full Tank after those two.
