How long do you think it will take for riot to nerf electrocute?

Given the trend so far starting from Thunderlord, Riot would get rid of Electrocute not in this nor the next season but the season after, and replace it with a variant of it that's more toxic. Rinse and repeat.

Considering they literally just fucking buffed what was supposed to be vision runes in Domination into MORE DAMAGE (because that's what the game really needs right now, amirite fellas?), it's not likely it'll be nerfed before next preseason.
