Now that I think of it, there'd better be something along the lines of "Hey guys, we know how badly you want certain champions nerfed, so we're just going to go ahead and nerf ALL of them to save time! =D"

Like how URF was a 'preview' of 'the future of League".

My bet is on Katarina as the #1 most overpowered champion for this.

Possibly, I figure no one is gonna be playing Kassadin xD

I'm calling Kat OP because her passive makes the CD inflation pretty much obsolete if she gets a reset, the movement speed reduction makes it a pain in the ass to get out of her ult, she doesn't care about mana costs and she has a decent escape via wards.

I think there are a number of champions nobody is going to be playing, mainly high cooldown high mana low mobility mages like lux or cass will never see the light of day.

Kalista is the one I'm unsure about, she could become absolutely horrid, or she could become quite decent.

Yeah, champs with reset are gonna be dangerous potentially. Gonna be interesting how it all works out.

If you can get over the mana problems cassi does not really suffer from this as her e reset is not affected by cdr.

To me the most op are going to be cassi, katarina and whatever 1 shot assassins there are out there
