Why was kassadin nerfed again?
I dont remember the exact wording, but i know it was because he was too mobile, so they got rid of his damage to compensate for it.

throughout the entiry time, he jumped between broken op tier and shit tier. because his ult is impossible to balance. if he was nerfed, it must be because he was in a broken op phase again.
