What higher elos dont understand about "carrying your way out of bronze"

Is it is not as ez as "oh its bronze get gud and carry your way out". What higher elo players dont understand about bronze. In your higher elos you and your opponents' skill levels are more balanced and more people actually play to win. In Bronze the skill levels are everywhere and half the time teamates are playing a completely different game.

Trying to carry your way out of a bronze game is like trying to win a team chess tournament when your other 4 teamates think your playing checkers. Does that sound ez anymore? You can be the best chess player in the world but if your win is determined by the competences of the other 4 people on your team and they dont even know what game they are playing or have any idea how to play it. Bronze players play League like its Call of Duty in which they run around the map getting kills and afk if if kda is bellow personal preference and flame any teamate that dies until that teamate afks or intentionally starts trolling. Try being the one player on your team trying to win when you are paired with this. [zombie-brand-facepalm] Oh and before you make your argument of "well if your teamates are that bad so are the enemy ones so just 1 v 5 them", it doesnt work like that. Riot matchmaking seems to make damn sure the enemy team is on a winstreak and actually knows how to play the game. How is that good matchmaking? And im not saying they are "Good" of course they are not they are bronze too. But when the matchmaking seems to put Bad players on their team and Bonobo players on mine they majority of the time the 4 or 5 bad players on their team win against the 3 to 4 bonobos on mine.

End of rant GG Rito You win Imma go play ark now since that is actually enjoyable and not like punching myself in the balls hoping to get a rise out of it. [slayer-jinx-wink]

You're the one who doesnt understand.

Ppl in bronze are so bad that you have to actually try really hard to lose to actually lose a game there.

If you can't get super fed every single game in bronze, it's because you belong there. Those people make massive mistakes nonstop and practically throw themselves at you. These people play like they want to lose, and if you can't beat that, I don't know what to tell you.

In before all the "Git Gud" comments.

But yeah, you should Duo Q. Just find another Bronze player (similar MMR) but high mechanical KDA and climb with them. Take over 2 lanes, you should have less bonobos on the team. Its more workable that way.

And don't play assassins (not enough AOE damage), play AOE mages.

im a gold player and i played on my bronze 5 account and carried it out in a few days with a 80% winrate. bronze is very easy to get out of if you're better than bronze. If you're stuck in bronze it's probably because you belong there.

With almost any spot being able to carry if you're good enough, if you're good enough, you'll get out of that ELO.

Look at your own mistakes, stop blaming others.

You think bronze is tough, try soloing through team queue

You don't need to try and 1v5 them, just learn macroplay and then abuse it against them because Bronzies don't have the first clue what macro is or how to deal with it. I had a 70% win rate when I got into Silver II in season 3. Literally me being on the team instead of some Silver II player was a 40% increase in the team's chances to win (50%*(100%+40%)=70%).

I was placed Bronze 3 this season because of the MMR hard reset and climbed out to Silver 2 in like a week lmao. I'm gold 2 atm and I hardly play rank lately. I was also playing Sona and was building Lich Bane + Luden's Echo.

When you're a support/jg main in Bronze or Silver, you're better off playing someone who can dish a lot of damage and can hold their own instead of playing a true tank or dedicated healer/shielder. People are just too unreliable that you really need to do some of the work for them, even if your role doesn't call for it.

You are actually right, that's how I feel most of the time. The best thing I recommend is setting your self rules, or Laws. Sun Tsu, a generalist of Wu kingdom was very extensive in his explanation about the Laws of War.

Here is a post by Sky Reflexxz detailing how the Art of War can shape the mentality of a player in Bronze to reach unbelievably efficient results. Check it out, it's definitely worth your time bro!

heres how you get out of bronze

attackspeed runes death time reduction runes Cdr runes sacling armor or health as finishing touch

Sion summoner 12 summoner 6 Boots pick one of these item 3047 / item 3009 / item 3006 For faster pushing turret killing item 3074 and item 3512 For more speed to push faster item 3742 grab this for sustain and to keep passive up a bit longeritem 3083 Final item is to get more cdr item 3025 item 3071 item 3110 item 3078

there is no set in stone build order but make sure to get tiamat and zzrot early

from there on you suicide rush down turrets until you win the game

Sion is very good at pushing waves get yourself a double wave as you enter the turrets range and dump your portal outside of turret range before you get there you tank the tower and start striking it down backed up by a minionwave or 2 and zzrot

it's ok if you die, your enemy will likely focus you instead of the minions which is good you will need the minions when you die and they help deal damage to tower as well

after you die you have 3 options if your zzrot is still alive, if not you have 2

-first option continue attacking the tower you will deal a lot of damage to it, this is why you need the minions alive to take away backdoor armor

-second option kill the next incoming minionwave proxy style, if you have hydra you might even take down 2 due to aoe lifesteal keeping your health up

-third option, only if zzrot is alive kill your enemy or at least force him to recall using your passive, your zzrot will then finish the tower for you

by utilizing your passive you effectively prolong your life post death while your already short death timer ticks away allowing you to instantly respawn or shortly after your passive dies

this is where you utilize your ult to ram into the turret again killing all enemy minions in your path, if on cooldown you can use teleport or ghost to get there faster then your opponent

you have almost non existing downtime in your push even if they kill you your passive carries on and when it dies you come ulting or teleporting right back in

and while you become progressively harder to kill and deal with due to more defense and farmed health you also become less rewarding to take down

and while your opponent pulls his hair out because he can't play team death match vs you, or he is particularly stupid and thinks he is winning due to positive kda you turn all their towers and structures into a pile of rubble and win the game anyway

I understand perfectly well what's it's like to climb out of bronze. I did it myself back in season 3/4. And it's not nearly as hard as you make it out to be.

Yes, your team might literally be monkeys, but that's missing the most important thing: the enemy team is too.

What do you call "high ELO"? Is low Gold high ELO? Like, Silver1-Gold5, is that high ELO for you? Because that's my ELO. And I can carry consistently until Silver4 included, let's not talk about Bronze.

Note, "carry consistently" doesn't mean "win every game", because of course your will get truly horrible teams sometimes. But it does mean having a 60+% winrate, which is far more than enough to climb.

And I'm not just saying "it's easy". I actually did it. Like, 2 months ago. We can discuss about the hows and whats if you want, I'm open to discussion, but as long as you believe that's not true, and that it's matchmaking's fault, you'll never climb.
