Riot, just go through with the Teemo changes already.
I've yet to hear about somebody who doesn't like the Teemo changes, so I don't think you're gonna piss anybody off by implementing them.
You've put them on the PBE for so many cycles now that It'd pretty damn evident you want to do this.
...so what's the holdup?
If we want them in the game, and you want to put them in the game, why aren't they live yet?
