She is usually banned too, so does this mean she really is broken?

maybe we should put a timer on her silver bolts

She's broken as shit and people are just now figuring that out.

Whenever I get a vayne on my team, I'm like, ok thank god we win. It's THAT fucking bad. Yasuo at his most brokenness never achieved this fucking level.

In the past week she has been picked 35% of games, making her the most picked champion, and banned 10%, making her effective pick rate (pick rate when not banned) a little less than 40%.

As for why she is suddenly popular, if I had to guess I would say it is her condemn rather than her silver bolts.

Why condemn?

Well, right now there are several very tanky, very fast, and very annoying champions running around the rift. (Re: Garen. Skarner) Most immobile ADCs might have a slow or a bind, but these champs are very fast and aren't going to be slowed by that for long. Fortunately they have no gap closers.

Vayne has a knockback. She can knock Garen away from her, or skarner, and roll farther up the backline to let her team tank for her. The only other adc who can do that is Tristana, and it is her ult. That's my best guess for now.

Broken? Kinda.. wait no maybe... eh IDK. I assume she's been picked a lot due to her being so good against tanks. The silver bolts maker her really good against the new Juggernauts so overall I assume she's being played more because people want to counter-pick the juggernauts.

She has been picked a lot before the patch. So it is more then "She is good vs tanks" because she has been strong for 3-4 patches now.

What i love the most is that every time Vayne is back in the meta she dominates, there's never a balance, she is either the most dominant carry in the meta or she isn't. Goes to show you how horrible her design is.
