Speculation on Akali's new matchups

Note that whenever I say "Reveal you in shroud", I only mean your position. You still can't be properly revealed.

Bad Matchup: Please don't pick Akali here. Unfavored Matchup: Ok you CAN pick Akali here, but it's not the best idea. Even matchup: Do it if you want. Skill Matchup: This is gonna be fun to watch. Favored Matchup: You have a really good shot here. Good Matchup: You should kick some ass.

Bad Matchup

• Very bulky, so he's not exactly a viable assassination target in teamfights.
• Has more innate sustain than Akali in lane.
• Will keep Akali constantly shoved in under tower.
• Q2 and Q3 are both good for scouting out Akali's position in her shroud.
• Has 4 skillshots to nuke Akali with if she's revealed in her shroud.
• W and Q2 are both great for preventing Akali from getting far enough to proc her passive.
• Q1, if timed properly, can cancel Akali's E dash.

Favored Matchup

• Very squishy, easy oneshot target in the mid-late game if she has already burned Charm.
• Has slightly less sustain than Akali in lane.
• Fox Fire and Spirit Rush will not hit Akali while obscured, so Ahri has little kill potential on Akali in lane.
• Ahri is slippery, so Akali has little kill potential in lane if Ahri doesn't waste Charm.
• Good waveclear on both sides, so roaming will always cost either laner a lot of creeps.
• Charm is a displacement, very dangerous for Akali considering her shroud.
• Likes to fight at medium range, so it's easy for Akali to prime her passive.

Skill Matchup

• Very Squishy, easy oneshot target in the mid-late game.
• 4 sources of skillshot damage to fish the enemy out of their shroud.
• 0 CC to stop the other Akali.
• Feast or Famine; one of you is gonna be useless.
• Both of you are extremely slippery with good waveclear and sustain, so neither of you should really have kill potential on the other without mistakes.

Unfavored Matchup

• Tanky as hell, you can't assassinate him.
• He can't hit you with his Trample attack or Headbutt while you're in shroud, so you can more or less ignore him once his Q is burned.
• While he can't go for aggressive plays on you when you're in shroud, he can very easily defend a teammate by headbutting you the moment you come out of invis.
• Both his Q and W will knock you out of your dashes.

Unfavored Matchup

• Tanky, not a viable assassination target.
• 4 sources of non-targeted damage, two non-targeted CC's.
• Curse of the Sad Mummy covers a large portion of your shroud, so there's a good chance he'll tag you with it, reveal you with shimmer, and then stick on you.
• If he shimmers you once, he'll keep shimmering you with his W.

Unfavored Matchup

• You might be able to take mages like her normally, but between her buildpath (RoA, Hourglass, Seraphs) and her Egg, that is unlikely.
• You can't E aggressively against Anivia while your ult is down. She can wall off your shroud and ult the part you occupy, forcing you to walk around, leaving you vulnerable to her E.
• Due to your predictable location mid-dash, she can easily stun you if you go in on your E. Lee Syndrome will be heavily punished.
• Even if you can't really kill her, you're slippery enough that she can't kill you outside of a counterattack, especially since you can't be E'd in your shroud.
• Your only stun is your R1, so you can't really cancel her ult very easily.
• Between your sustain and your energy based waveclear, you're better at laning here than Anivia.
• Akali has the potential to make very aggressive rotations, so you can probably deny her blue buff if you coordinate with your Jungler.

Unfavored Matchup

• If she wises up to your plans and goes RoA, she'll be just barely too tanky for you to one shot thanks to Molten Shield. You can probably kill her in a 1v1, but that little bit of time is enough for her to drop the bear and let her team kill you if it isn't a 1v1.
• Getting in range of Annie will likely result in your immediate death.
• She can't Q you in shroud, but that doesn't matter so much since she can hit you with W+R, and Tibbers will make you constantly shimmer.
• What with your sustain and energy based waveclear, you out-lane Annie, even if going for a kill is a bad idea.

Favored Matchup

• Squishy and completely immobile; a perfect target.
• Slows... aw how cute she thinks she'll get to kite you.
• Won't get a chance to use her Q before you instagib her.
• Can fairly reliably find you in shroud by volleying it before it expands to a ring.
• Even if you're her worst nightmare, a surprise arrow will absolutely fuck you up.

Favored Matchup

• An immobile squishy, easy prey if his ult is down.
• Hard countered by champions who jump into melee range.
• A.Sol will inadvertently prime Akali's passive when he tries to peel her off of him.
• 3 forms of non-targeted damage.
• If Akali gets revealed, he can shove her out of shroud and stun her.
• If Akali starts her E2, he can shove her out of her animation and stun her.

Favored Matchup

• Low mobility squishy. If he doesn't get you with his ult during your dash, he's gonna die.
• He's a slightly better laner than you, but doesn't really have kill potential without ganks.
• His R is wide enough to fairly reliably shove Akali out of her shroud (in its initial state). Once it expands to a ring, he'd have to find you via Shimmer first.
• He can't hit you with soldiers while you're shrouded.

Skill Matchup

• If he builds squishy you can assassinate him, but it's probably not worth it. If he tanks up, don't bother trying; he's even more slippery than you. Singed rules apply.
• If you shroud in front of him, he'll stasis you. The shroud will expand to a ring while you're in stasis, leaving you out of stealth, and you'll be a sitting duck as he chains his Q and wails on you.
• Bard roams will be a pain in the ass.
• He can't auto you in stealth, so Meeps aren't much of a concern until he has 35 chimes and splashes everything in the general vicinity.
• Bard is pretty much only played by one tricks, and you should never underestimate the ability of a one trick Bard to land trick shot Q's. Even if you think you're slippery, you aren't safe.
• Bard can lay down a W in your ring shroud as an unreliable form of tracking; be careful not to stomp it out, or he'll know where you are.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can't really assassinate him, but he won't put up much of a fight if you catch him alone.
• R will likely cause you to shimmer, and he can follow that up by hooking you out of your shroud.
• A good Blitz can track your trajectory as you go in on your E2 and will yank you right out of it. This, if it happens, is very very bad.
• What's that? You wanted to get away to prime your passive? YOINK
• Similar to Alistar, he can't aggressively E you but he can easily sit by his carry and knock you into the air if you go for anything.

Favored Matchup

• Squishy, even if some builds let him bulk up a bit. Easy prey.
• Needs to hit another ability to prime his stun, so he can't reliably punish you for jumping on him if you shroud to stop him from hitting you with E.
• Pyroclasm will bounce to you, but you probably won't be the initial target.
• Blaze will make you Shimmer, so he can track you in shroud, enabling his team to kill you if they have the right comp.
• You can fairly reliably dodge his W with your E.
• Due to your sustain, you out-lane Brand.

Unfavored Matchup

• Tanky, can't really be assassinated.
• Can block your Q/E from hitting their intended targets.
• Heavy protection from his W-R combo.
• You can mostly ignore his passive, since you can't be auto'd in shroud.

Good Matchup

• Squishy as all hell. Not completely immobile, but you're a lot sticker than she is slippery.
• A well placed trap or pre-emptive ult are both bad news for you, since they both provide true sight. Luckily, neither are reliable.
• Almost all her damage is targeted, so she can't really hurt you very much (A pre-casted ult? Q potshots? Suicidal E potshots?) so long as you remain in your shroud.

Favored Matchup (1v1) Unfavored Matchup (Certain Comps)

• Not quite in one-shot range, but close. Very slippery, though.
• Even if you can't leave the area when she ults you, shrouding is a potent safety mechanism since it lasts 7 seconds and her ult lasts 4.
• Heavily reliant on basic attacks, so she can't do much to you in shroud.
• If she ults you, and her team can carpet bomb your shroud, your chances aren't looking great.

Unfavored Matchup

• Squishy, so if you can get on her she's boned.
• Can ult you during E2, so your chances of getting on her aren't great.
• Being grounded will shut you down for a bit, but you can still shroud.
• She can't twin fang you in shroud.
• DoT will make you shimmer.
• Sustain/waveclear is about even.
• She scales harder than you.

Bad Matchup

• Tanky, can't really be assassinated.
• He will eat you if you try.
• You can't shroud if you're silenced.
• He can line up his Q to hit you when you arrive from E2.

Unfavored Matchup

• Squishy, can be assassinated if he doesn't have his Package.
• 6 second reveal in a fairly large AOE, kinda brutal.
• He can't auto you in shroud, but if he reveals you he and his team will pelt you with spells.

Bad Matchup

• Tanky, cannot be assassinated.
• If you try to E away from him, he'll cancel that with his own E. If you E2 into him, he'll proceed to maul you. Between his slow and phage, you will not be able to proc your passive.
• His bleed will make you Shimmer, allowing him to land Q's and stay in range. If you try to pop out of stealth, he'll take the chance and murder you.
• He can't auto or ult you in shroud so long as you hide from him, but you don't have the CC to stop him from killing your team.
• In teamfights, he can always just play back.
• If you try anything on him in lane, you will be promptly and brutally punished.
• Though you can't assassinate him, you can finish him off with R2 as he charges what would be a life-saving Q.

Favored Matchup

• Fairly squishy with no defensive mobility, can be assassinated.
• Moonfall is an AOE displacement. If you happen to be on the inside edge of the ring, she can pull you out.
• Q and W can hit you in shroud, but she can't ult you or wail on you.
• Moonfall can make it harder to prime your passive.

Bad Matchup

• You can't kill Mundo.
• You can't stop Mundo.
• You are merely an insect to Mundo, mildly irritating him as he proceeds to go where he pleases.
• Can't wail on you with E, but he'll constantly reveal you with Shimmer from his W and keep up Q spam.
• He can't lock you down either, but I don't really think he cares.

Favored Matchup

• Squishy as hell, a prime target.
• Can E you out of your E2. This will only delay the end if he's alone, but could leave you in bad shape if he has help.
• He can't auto you in shroud, which is kinda big for him.

Stalemate

• Both of you are too slippery for the other to kill without help.
• Waveclear is about even, as is your roam potential.

Favored Matchup

• If cocoon/rappel are down, she can be assassinated.
• You can't be Q'd or auto'd in shroud, so you're very hard for her to kill in the early stages.
• So long as you survive those early stages, you will quickly outscale Elise.
• Cocoon is a strong defensive tool throughout the game, so keep that in mind if you are E2ing towards Elise.

Unfavored Matchup

• She's squishy enough to be assassinated... if you can find her.
• You are also very much a valid assassination target.
• Allure will be cast on you before you can react and shroud, and her Q recasts don't require you to be visible. The charm can pull you out of shroud, making you vulnerable to an E-R instagib.

Unfavored Matchup

• If you can get on him, you can kill him.
• If he goes IBG, he'll be able to keep you at bay with his slows and E.
• He can hit you with Q's in shroud if his team reveals you.

Bad Matchup (Pre-Banshees) Unfavored Matchup (Post-Banshees).

• Very easily bursted.
• If you come out of stealth for even a moment, he'll fear you and screw you over.
• Crowstorm will Shimmer you.
• Dark Wind doesn't need vision to bounce.

Bad Matchup

• Due to Riposte, bursting her is difficult.
• You don't have CC to lock her down, but she can still stun you if she makes sure your R1 connects with her.
• Especially post-maw, you can't really assassinate her, and if she ults you you are boned.
• Lunge can hit you through stealth, though she can only scout for your shimmer with Tiamat.

Favored Matchup (Early Laning) Unfavored Matchup (teamfights)

• Good luck ever killing this Fish.
• A Zoning Shark in your initial shroud can displace you out of it briefly, letting him Q you.
• You outlane him with your ranged waveclear/sustain, but don't get cocky or he might kill you anyways.

Bad Matchup

• Can't be bursted, especially by somebody as reliant on magic damage as you.
• Will taunt and punch you if you try.
• Can pull you out of shroud with his taunt.
• Has much more waveclear than you.
• Can instantly respond to your roams post-6.
• You are marginally more effective in teamfights than Galio, if you can manage to avoid him entirely.

Favored Matchup

• An easy assassination target. Beware of Steraks, preemptive barrels, and peel.
• Has waveclear on par with yours, and can sustain decently with oranges.
• Doesn't have to leave lane to contribute to teamfights, so your team will be at a disadvantage if you keep occupying him top.
• You have kill potential if he overextends at all.
• He can't Q or auto you in shroud, but he can carpet bomb it with his ult and barrel chains.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can't really assassinate him. Even if you try, he'll just brush it off with his W.
• He can't auto or ult you in shroud, but he doesn't really care and will just spin on you, using Shimmer to stay on top.
• If he manages to silence you, you're boned. Beware of bush strats.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can kill him in his early levels, but past that he can easily brush you off.
• You can snowball against him, but you HAVE to snowball against him or he'll be the bane of your existence.
• Mini Gnar is too slippery to easily kill.
• Mega Gnar is too tanky to kill quickly.
• Mega Gnar can ult you out of your shroud and then lock you down for long enough to kill you.

Unfavored Matchup (AP) Bad Matchup (Tank)

• An AP Gragas can be assassinated if he's off guard, but otherwise he'll bodyslam and kill you. You can't assassinate a tank Gragas.
• His early ganks can kill you easily.
• His Q, E, and R don't care about shroud, and his R will knock you out of it.

Favored Matchup

• You can assassinate him.
• He can't auto you in shroud, but he can hit you with everything else.
• If you get caught out of shroud, he can kill you easily.
• Nearsight is a bitch.

Unfavored Matchup

• If he builds more damage, you can assassinate him. Otherwise, nope.
• W ticks will constantly shimmer you, letting his team capitalize.
• R can fear you out of shroud, especially if it's max range.
• You can ignore his E if he uses to initiate, but if he holds it and you reveal yourself in shroud, he can push you out of it.

Favored Matchup

• Easy Prey.
• Can clear turrets easily in lane.
• Heim can stun you coming out of your E2, which can be dangerous.
• You can outsustain his poke in lane.
• He can't hold you in mid, and your roams are better than his.
• Turrets can't auto you.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can't assassinate her.
• If you E2 onto Illaoi, she'll take the chance to E you, resulting in up to 10s of true sight.
• She can't W you, but she can still wail on your spirit and Q you, which is more than enough to screw you in teamfights.
• If you pop out for even a moment, you can bet your ass she'll W you.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can't assassinate her.
• She has kill potential on you in lane. If she hits 6 first, RUN.
• She can't Q you in shroud, but her R disarm screws you a bit in teamfights.
• You can't touch her if your shroud is down, and you can't stop her from killing your team.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can assassinate him, but he's not a priority target.
• Between his Q holding you up and his shield+athenes saving your targets, he's a major annoyance.
• Daisy can't hit you, and if you're in shroud his allies can't dash to you if you get Q'd.
• You're kinda squishy. Anything could be in that Ivern bush, man.

Bad Matchup

• If she's asleep, you can assassinate her, but she's not priority.
• She has two means to knock you out of your dashes.
• She has shields/heals to help her team if you manage to get on somebody.
• She can knock you out of your shroud.

Favored Matchup

• You can't assassinate him.
• You're too slippery for him to do anything about at any stage, unless he goes full AD and you feed.
• Only dangerous with some kind of wombo combo based around him.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can't assassinate him, partially due to his tankiness and partly because he'll always mitigate your first passive hit of the fight.
• He can't auto you, so he can't really kill you, but you can't really stop him at all.
• You outlane Jax with your sustain, but he can kill you at early levels.

Unfavored Matchup.

• You can assassinate him.
• If you leave the shroud for even a moment, he'll hammer you into the ground and blast you in the face.
• He likes to siege, and you aren't very good at that.

Good Matchup

• You can very easily assassinate him.
• You can very easily get away from him.
• He can't auto or Q you in shroud.

Favored Matchup

• An immobile squishy with low burst? Easy assassination.
• Zap's reveal can be nasty, but potshots are unlikely to work.
• Be careful of her Traps stopping your dashes.
• Can't auto you in stealth.

Good Matchup

• You can assassinate her.
• Too short ranged to fight anywhere near you.
• If she reacts quickly, she can give herself a slight chance by using her empowered E for the invis.
• If you combo right, she'll be dead before she can Auto-R you.

Favored Matchup

• You can assassinate her.
• You can't assassinate her oathsworn.
• Her ult can knock you out of shroud.
• She can't auto you in shroud.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can't assassinate her or her nearby allies due to her shield.
• If she W's you beforehand, she'll be able to see you in shroud.
• Mantra Q hurts. A lot.

Favored Matchup

• You can assassinate him, and you have kill potential in lane.
• He can shimmer you with E, and his ult can hit you regardless of shroud.
• You should be able to dodge a lot of Q's with your high mobility.

Unfavored Matchup

• He's too durable against magic and too slippery to assassinate.
• He can trade with you in lane, but you can out sustain him and push him in.
• He can't really kill you as long as your shroud is up, but he'll just kill somebody more important. It's not like you can stop him.

Skill Matchup

• You're both squishy but slippery. If either of you catches the other off guard, there will be blood.
• You outsustain her in the early game. Waveclear is about even.
• She can ult you through shroud, dealing massive damage and shimmering you. Your only interrupt is your ult.

Bad Matchup

• If she has ult, you can't assassinate anybody.
• She can't auto you, but she's perfectly content killing the rest of your team while she waits.

Unfavored Matchup

• If you mess with him in his jungle with some assistance, he's meat.
• SA can instagib you, but is also fairly squishy so you can also kill him.
• Rhaast is too tanky to instagib, but he can't get you either.
• He can't ult you, but he can just hide out in one of your allies if he must.
• If you E2 onto him, Rhaast will stun you.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can assassinate him if you snowball.
• If you don't snowball, he'll stun you and run if you try to kill him (or just straight kill you if you're behind).
• His ult and W will work on you in shroud.

Skill Matchup

• You can assassinate him if you surprise him, but otherwise he'll stealth for protection and jump away.
• If he sneaks up on you via R, he can kill you quickly. Otherwise, you're too slippery to be killed easily.
• He can't Q or auto you in shroud.

Unfavored Matchup.

• Thanks to her ult, you can't assassinate her or anyone near her.
• She can't auto you, but she can still kill the rest of your team.

Favored Matchup.

• Very burly, plus I frames, so no you can't assassinate him.
• You can easily wait out his W in your shroud.
• You're more slippery than he is sticky.
• Bear Trap on a Rope will reveal you, and his displacements can knock you out of shroud.

Good Matchup

• Easy prey, but supports will likely change this.
• His autos can't hit you in shroud, which more or less makes an ADC Kog defenseless.
• He can tag you with shimmer on his E (other spells too, but those are less likely), but this won't really do much for him since it's a one off.

Favored Matchup

• Can be bursted, but she'll usually evade you.
• Chains will reveal you in shroud.
• Can't Q you, so she doesn't have much kill potential on you if it's up.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can't really assassinate him; if you try, he'll just run away, maybe ulting you.
• Q will reveal you in shroud.
• If you try to do anything in shroud, he'll ult you out of it.
• Early pressure can destroy you.
• You'll out scale him eventually.

Favored Match up.

• Can't assassinate her, but she'll go down eventually.
• She can't Q you in shroud, but her W is great for scouting you out.
• If you're caught out of shroud, you will die quickly.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can't assassinate her thanks to her ult.
• You go even in lane, you having a slight edge in sustain and kill pressure.
• If you try to do anything in teamfights outside of your shroud, Liss will ult and kill you.

Favored Matchup.

• Can assassinate him.
• Can't be auto'd or Q'd in shroud, making it harder to kite you without E resets.
• Culling can nuke you down, but you can laterally E to avoid it.

Bad matchup

• Can't assassinate her or anybody near her thanks to her ult, shields, and polymorph.
• You can focus her a bit pre-fight to make her ult herself.
• If you try anything aggressive near Lulu, you get turned into a cupcake.

Favored Matchup

• Can assassinate her
• If you E2 onto her, you're liable to get Q'd and combo'd. You won't survive, so don't run directly at the Lux.
• You have kill potential in lane if she over extends. Post-6, you become very dangerous. Go for kills if she ever wastes her binding.

Favored Matchup

• Can't assassinate him.
• You don't have kill potential, but you can sustain through his poke and just farm.
• So long as you don't get ulted and instagibbed in teamfights, you should be more effective than him.

Bad Matchup

• Can't assassinate him.
• He'll keep you pushed in for all of lane phase, so roaming isn't gonna happen much.
• If you go for anything aggressive in teamfights, he'll ult you and you will probably die.
• If his E gets on you, the shimmer will fuck you.

Bad matchup

• Can't assassinate him.
• Neither of you have kill potential in lane.
• He scales just as hard as you.
• He can deny you passive procs by following you with W when you E.
• Even with shroud, you can't really dive him.
• He's more reliably effective in teamfights.

Unfavored Matchup.

• Can meditate through your burst.
• Can't really gank you, but doesn't really need to.
• Can't auto you in shroud.
• You can't stop him from killing your team.
• He can deny you passive procs by following you with Q when you E.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can be assassinated.
• Can't 1v1 you ever.
• Bullet Time is a major problem in the shroud, especially when paired with an ally to hold you there or reveal you.

Favored Matchup

• If he tanks up, you can't assassinate.
• 12 second DOT means you get shimmered a lot. Even if he can't do that, he has his W/E which can also do the trick.
• Slow as hell with no CC. He can't do much to you.
• Ghosts can only auto attack, so they can't touch you in shroud, especially if they're melee.
• He outlanes you, but he doesn't have kill potential if you play passive.

Bad Matchup

• You can assassinate her, but a max rank black shield will hinder you a bit.
• If you get Q'd, you will die.
• Her ult hits you through stealth and will reveal you in shroud.
• She loves hourglass, so good luck bursting her.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can assassinate her, but is it really worth?
• She can aim her bubble for your E2 destination for a fairly reliable stun.
• Nobody can auto you during shroud, so her E doesn't do much.
• R can interrupt your dashes, but it's kinda hard to get the timing.

Favored Matchup.

• You can't assassinate him.
• He can't Q you in shroud, so even if he does manage to kill you it would take ages.
• He can be nasty in combination with some kind of physical nuker like MF, but otherwise he's not a problem for you.
• You can't really stop him from mauling your team, and once your shroud wears off you're meat.

Unfavored Matchup.

• You can't assassinate him.
• If you get shimmered, he can pull you out of your shroud and lock you down until you die.
• He's fairly scary in early ganks, which can shut you down.

Favored Matchup

• You can assassinate her.
• You're nimble enough to avoid her spears.
• You outscale her pretty hard.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can't assassinate him due to his spell shield.
• You can't stop him from killing your carry.
• He can't auto you in shroud, and you can hide in your shroud if he ults.
• If he gets his fear off before you shroud, you might end up running out of it.

Favored Matchup

• You can't assassinate him.
• Nunu does slows on MS and AS. You care about neither.
• Nunu is not a threat. Whoever he bloodboils MIGHT be a threat.

Good Matchup

• You can't assassinate him.
• He can't really touch you.
• Ragnarok is more or less useless against you since you don't have CC anyhow.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can assassinate her.
• She can turn champions that otherwise don't theaten you into massive theats.
• If you get revealed, her ult can pull you out of shroud.
• She can instagib you.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can't assassinate him, and he outlanes you.
• If he just rushed Abyssal Mask, you won't be able to 1v1 him until late game.
• He can deal a good chunk of damage to you in teamfights if he gets to attack you, so be careful.

Bad matchup

• You can't assassinate him, and he crushes you in lane.
• If you reveal yourself for even a moment, he'll stun you and you'll get nuked.
• He can respond with ult if you try to roam mid.

Bad matchup

• You can't assassinate her.
• She can block your dashes.
• She sends you halfway to your fountain, which is not where you want to be as an assassin.
• If you reveal yourself, she'll shove you out of shroud, which is a very bad thing.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can assassinate him, but only if he either gets CC'd or isn't paying attention.
• If you get revealed, he'll pull you out of shroud.
• If you're low in shroud, he can still ult you.

Good Matchup

• You can assassinate her, but you'll find this difficult if she's in Bird form.
• She can't really do anything but blind you.

Bad Matchup.

• You can assassinate him, but he's pretty damn slippery.
• If you get tagged with his ult, he'll pull you out of shroud.
• He's great at protecting the people you actually want to kill.

Bad Matchup

• You can't assassinate him.
• If you get taunted, you're revealed for the duration.
• Tremors will constantly shimmer you.
• You can't stop powerball without charging into him.

Bad Matchup

• You can't really assassinate her, but she'll fall somewhat quickly.
• Tremor Sense fucks you up.

• You can out-lane him if you keep him at a distance.
• You outscale him fairly hard.

Favored Matchup.

• You can assassinate him if he doesn't go bruiser.
• He can't kill you through shroud.
• His ult can screw you a bit with the reveal, but that requires that he not go in.

Skill Matchup

• Fuck if I know what this champion can do.
• I'm pretty sure she can kill a squishy without having to actually auto them.

• If he gets burly, you can't assassinate him.
• He doesn't give a shit if he can't auto you. He shimmers you constantly.
• You can out sustain him in lane, and have kill potential, but if you don't get some kills you're in for a bad time.

Favored Matchup

• You can assassinate him if he doesn't have his rune shield ready.
• Ryze is a combo champion, and two of his spells can't be used on you in shroud. Your odds in a fight against him are pretty good.
• You have considerable kill potential against him, and can survive lane easily.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can't be assassinated.
• Can knock you out of Shroud, and lock you down without needing to target you.
• If you're caught off guard, you stand a good chance of dying.

Skill Matchup

• Can be assassinated, but good luck catching him.
• If you get tricked into stepping on a box, you'll get feared out of your shroud.
• If you remain in shroud, Shaco can't hurt you.
• His early ganks can be brutal nonetheless.

Bad Matchup

• Can't be assassinated. Neither can anybody on his team, near or far, so long as Shen pays attention and has ult up.
• He blocks your attacks, which fucks you up.
• You outlane him, but don't have kill pressure if he holds his dash.
• He can taunt you to force you out of shroud.

Even matchup

• Can't be assassinated if ahead. Otherwise, meat.
• A bad ganker, prefers farming. Good, more time for you to scale.
• This match up is more based on the other members. If your comp can handle Shyv better than their comp can handle you, you're golden.
• Be careful not to get ulted out of your shroud.

Bad Matchup

• Can't assassinate him.
• Being grounded is a death sentence.
• "Oh you wanna stay in this ring? How about I poison the ring?"
• Reveal yourself and you'll get flung.

Good matchup

• You can't assassinate him
• You out lane him
• He does not have kill potential at any stage unless you fall for a bush cheese
• You just run laps around the poor dude

Unfavored Matchup

• You can assassinate her, but she probably isn't the main carry.
• If Ricochet works on invisible targets (needs testing) you're gonna get melted even in shroud.
• Her ult provides massive value even if she can't do much else thanks to you.

• You can't assassinate him.
• If you get close and aren't in stealth, he'll ult you can drag you to your doom.

Unfavored Matchup

• You can assassinate her, but she's not a priority target
• If you go in, she'll stun you.
• If you don't get somebody instantly, Sona will make your life a living hell with her Q/W spam.
• If you get tagged with Diminuendo, you can't really assassinate for a while.

Favored Matchup

• You can assassinate her easily, and you probably should.
• If she gets low from her heals, she's prime to be killed by your R2.
• Even if she isn't low she can probably be killed by your normal combo.
• Be careful of her silence; you can't cleanse it or reduce it, so that shit is nasty.

Skill Matchup, Slightly Unfavored

• You can't assassinate him if he bulks up, especially with Hourglass.
• He constantly reveals you with shimmer, and can take you out with Q spam.
• He can outlane you, but he needs to outplay you a bit.
• If you E him, the backflip will often send you into his E.
• Being near Swain means you take more damage from his shotgun Q's.

• You can assassinate her.
• She can knock you out of E2.
• She can knock you out of shroud.
• She can press the gameplay button to destroy you.

• This lane is hell, but you'll outscale him if you survive.
• He will fuck up your passive proc unless his blind glitches.
• He can't auto you in shroud, but his DoT will shimmer you.

• He can interrupt your dashes, making it damn near impossible to get to your intended target.
• You can follow his ally after he lanterns them in, but this is a high level of Lee Syndrome.
• You'll be revealed if he stuns you, but at that point you have other problems.
• His Q and Flay can take you out of shroud.

• You stand a chance at assassinating her.
• If you reveal yourself, you'll get blown out of your shroud.
• Trist has tons of self peel, so getting to her can be annoying.
• She can't hit you while you are shrouded, so take advantage of that.

• You can't assassinate him.
• If you try to E2 onto him, he'll just knock you out of the air with his pillar.
• He can't auto you in shroud, so he can't really kill you easily.
• If he ults you when you reveal yourself, you'll be damn easy to nuke down.

• You can't assassinate him.
• He can't auto you, but you can't stop him from going ham on your team.
• He outlanes you.

• You can easily assassinate him.
• You can't be auto'd in shroud, so he can't stun you unless you reveal yourself.
• His ult tells everybody exactly where you are in your shroud, so you'll get nuked to hell if he saves it for when you shroud.

• He can't target you directly, but his autos can still hit you via his ult.
• If you don't get him quickly, you're all probably dead.

• You have kill potential from levels 1-3. 4 and on is Zilean's lane.
• Eventually you will out scale Zilean, but you don't have to deal with him; you have to deal with Zilean's late game carry who now has a second life.
• Good luck priming your passive on melee targets if you're slowed to oblivion.
• Time Bombs can cover a large portion of your shroud; the whole damn thing if it's just spawned.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can be assassinated.
• Can instagib you.
• You're nimble enough to dodge bubbles most of the time.

Unfavored Matchup

• Can be assassinated.
• If you try, you're liable to get bursted very hard.
• Her plants can't target you in shroud.
