Are there any ARAM strategy guides? My winrate and ELO isnt as great as I'd like to think it deserves to be. So I need help.

Not that I think the mode is balanced yet and the attitude is still too "It's just a game, stop trying to win" for me. So please lets get ARAM strats.... please?

for me what i did was created three different rune pages set for ARAM. one for melee, one for marksman and one for magic. i also created separate item blocks for each of those three types. when i am given my champ i select the rune page that works with them then upon starting i find the item block to match my runes and go from there.

ARAM melee: grasp of undying with shield bash, second wind, over growth followed by triumph and last stand. items being item 3074 item 3068 item 3071 item 3083 item 3065 item 3022

ARAM ranged: PtA with Triumph, Bloodline, Coupe de Grace followed by taste of blood and ravenous hunter. items are item 3078 item 3085 item 3094 item 3031 item 3139 item 3508

ARAM magic: Arcane Comet with manaflow band, transcendence, gathering storm followed by future market and cosmic insight. items are item 3107 item 3285 item 3089 item 3003 item 3151 item 3030

now this is only what i run you can run whatever you want.

More talk of competetive strat. All Mid should NOT be a joke mode.

There is one pretty thorny issue with trying to plan ahead in ARAM. Team comp. It matters just as much in ARAM as it does in Summoner's Rift, but you have much less control over it in ARAM.

My advice, if you want to get really serious about ARAM, is to start thinking about what your comp's goals should be during champ select. If you're playing Leona, but you're on a team with a bunch of poke champs, don't expect to be diving in a lot. Just be ready to peel for them when the enemy team engages. If you have a Lux, a Xerath, and a Vel'Koz, there's not much reason to go for hard engages.
