Snowballing out of control

in the pre season 6 update they added a clause where minions deal more damage if their lane has more allied turrets than enemy turrets. THIS IS NOT OK! This just leads to a meta game where the early game is significantly more important than the late game, to the point where the late game doesnt really matter. This is not a fun way to play the game, the way you play should be important throughout the game, not just the first 3 minutes. This is ruining the game. please fix this, snowballing isnt fun, its not rewarding for the people who are wrecking lane and its demoralizing for the team that is losing. This game is a joke and you guys are losing players who used to enjoy the back and forth, who used to enjoy the ability to play around with champions in cool ways. Please return the game to its original, actually fun state.
