Rework Cleanse

Ok guys How should Cleanse be reworked? Should Cleanse get reworked or should it grant 5 seconds of anti heavy cc? Should it be removed.

Whats wrong with it? It's just a niche summoner spell. It has its place.

If it could work on malz ult like qss does I would take it every time vs him. I hate that ult man.
