Ok, so I know if you use the "B" word around here it always melts down into an argument of who's OP and who's not. So I am trying to see who people feel like the least complained about champions are rather than the most balanced. Basically, who do you never really see talked about as either being OP or being complete garbage.

Every champ is op in the right situation and under performs in the wrong situation.
I would think the champs that receive the fewest complaints are the following;

Viktor Was the most complained-about champion roughly a year ago (before he got some huge nerfs and adjustments to his kit), and people are a bit bothered by ori right now, incidentally.
I dont think anyone is aware Kathus exists, though.

They all complain AGAINST diana buffs though. Claiming she's "bursting people too hard when snowballed"; I mean any champion is strong when fed, even urgot. that doesn't make them good.

but ivern, graves, lee, etc people lose their shit over LMAO
Orianna gets some hate because of her lane bullying abilites. People also seem to hate kayle too.
