Which trees? How to cap CDR now?
Been experimenting a bit since PBE, but I can't decide whether to spec primarily into Precision or Sorcery. Inspiration is a pretty good tree to have for a secondary but the keystones feel a tad bit underwhelming.
Precision pros - Both PTA and LT feel ok on her. In lane, it is easy to do QE+3aa for a quick trade with PTA. LT + Nashor's Rageblade = LuLz. Also gives starting attack speed which we missed from runes.
More AS from legendary meaning you can afford to replace 1 AS item with an AP item.
Presence of mind solves lane mana problems.
A choice of % damage amps, which are all pretty nice to have overall.
Sorcery pros - Phase Rush (QE+2aa) and all melees will wish you were never born. Not sure if the slow resist applies during E but the speed boost is huge. And there's this thing about Aery being OP on everyone right now to the point they're taking it on Riven (???). Never tried it, but might work I guess. Also sorcery gives base AP for stronger abilities.
Celerity/Transcendence - I'm the type who feels that one can never have too much movespeed so I quite like having celerity. But the 10% CDR makes it easier to itemise for 30% rather than 40% CDR (Lich+Nashors?)
Ulti Hat - People already complained about Kayle having too little down time on ult @ 40%. Let's make them rage more.
For the secondary, I always take inspiration. Approach Velocity synergises with Q and W for chasing (and Phase rush if you went sorcery). I would take the boot mastery for free 300g but I feel like Kayle needs MS too much to skip them early boots so minion materialiser is the next best choice.
The only problem is, it is difficult to itemise for 40% CDR now. Nashor's 20% and... Morello's? If we go lich bane, we cannot afford to have an item that gives little AP and no AS (looking at hourglass/banshee's). Transcendence will make 40% with lichbane/Nashor's but if one were to go celerity, we'll need another 10%. The options I have been toying with so far are Triforce, Morello's and Hourglass+Lichbane. Hourglass+lichbane which takes 2 slots while providing not that mediocre AP for slots taken, and no AS. Morello's is somewhat ok, but I find that Triforce synergises surprisingly well with Nashor's to do some hybrid damage, and has a decent build path for Kayle, except for the overall cost.
