Abscond / Abduct (E) Shield back on E1 Shield converted to a magic absorbing shield Cooldown changed from 18/17/16/15/14 to 14 at all ranks E2 missile speed from 1600 to 2000 E2 stun duration lowered from .5s to .35s

Riot for the love of god DON`T CHANGE THE TYPE OF SHIELD from a normal shield to a Magical absorbing shield. i prefer if you nerf the HP of the shield/shield strong

doing so he is only good vs AP champs...
