Riot you need to do a better job of handling afks

You need to up the punishments/account bans for afk players. Our top lane Darius just afk'd under turret AFTER 6 MINUTES. Didn't say anything and would just move periodically to avoid the afk warning thing. Then when it hit the 15 minute mark, he wouldn't even vote yes to surrender. Then our Ashe brags about how many D1 and D5 accounts she has and just disconnects. So we can't vote to ff and I'm stuck waiting for the 20 minute mark to finally end this shit fest. Darius finished the game with 23 cs. I even tried ganking for him and he just stayed afk.

How is this fair? How is this fun? Riot you need to up the penalties for this shit because it completely ruins the game. This is one of the main reasons players are leaving this fucking game for Fort Nite, PUBG, etc. Who wants to be trapped for 14 minutes (20 minutes - the 6 he actually played) because of some fuck face on their team that is intent on ruining it for everyone? You pull that shit once and you should get 2 week ban, perma banned for doing it twice. Players will take notice and not do it nearly as much anymore. I don't care if they leave the game entirely because it's "unfair." You know what else is unfair? Being forced to play out a losing game because of some asshole.
